The shower, while very lovely, was very slick and there was nothing to hold onto. As a senior citizen I did not want to fall. Also, when I.booked the room I did not realize that this was more of a "motel" style facility with no enclosed doors. I was disappointed that each room door opened to the parking lot. Lastly, there were, what seemed like some noisy children jumping off beds and running around late at night like after 11pm in the room directly above me."

Additionally, the washroom layout was inconvenient, as the hand basin, faucet, dressing mirror and countertop were detached and located outside the bathroom area instead of inside Also, it’s close to highway noise from vehicles. Terrible basic breakfast served across adjacent sister hotel. You have to walk across to next building What concerned me most was that I accidentally left my AirPods under the pillow, with my phone number clearly written on the case. When I contacted the hotel, I was informed that they had not been found. It is difficult to understand how housekeeping could change the linens and make the bed without noticing a black AirPods case under the pillow. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed with the level of service and dishonesty."
