I was not excited about the food being included, but once we got there and realized the value put into quality food and whole ingredients, my mind changed! The staff is amazing. The owner of the property shows up each night to greet the guest before dinner. It’s a magical place. "

"Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"An absolutely great hotel - plenty of history and superb staff. The latter were incredible - all polite, confident and efficient. I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). "Such a wonderful place! It’s so clean, very well taken care of and you can tell they care a lot. The room was so cute, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. We don’t get to enjoy the sauna or hot tub, but it looked wonderful! It’s in a great part of town with very easy access to Ortisei via a bus stop right down the street. The room also comes with free bus passes to get around. The breakfast in the morning was great! Plenty of options and a coffee...
