"The receptionist on our arrival was very friendly and welcoming. All staff were. The room we had was very clean, comfortable and warm. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone heading to Whakapapa. The only thing that I do have a gripe about is when we went to dinner in the restaurant. I had to pay separately ..."

"had a bit of trouble with payment but it was on me, and im very thankful that they handled the situation very well! the staff was nice, and the room and place is clean!! this is probably the best accommodation i booked so far with my family and would definitely comeback here again soon!!"
