The room was clean, and spacious. The shower/bathtub, the toilet, and the sink were all separate which was nice. Bus had a shuttle that came twice an hour to/from Maihama Stn which was very convenient. Not much going on around the hotel as it is in an industrial/office area, but there is a convenience store within walking distance. Highly recommend for those looking for a hotel near DisneyLand/DisneySea.

Not walkable to Disney but a very regular shuttle service. Rooms were a decent size and had a separate bath/toilet that were really well sized too. Overall a great experience and recommended for Disney travelers.

Clean and comfortable hotel near Tokyo Disney

Conveniently located near Tokyo Disney. We only stayed one night and we found the hotel clean, comfortable and convenient. Compared to the other hotels we used in Tokyo this room was very spacious with two twin beds. We didn't opt for their breakfast or use the shuttle service since we had quite a few bags.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea.

We were in Japan for 30 days and this was by far the worst hotel we stayed at. They do not have a shuttle that goes to the Disney Parks. The Expedia description has false advertising- says the hotel has a spa and is a 10 minute walk to the Disney Parks, but there is no spa. And in reality when you map the walking directions it is MINIMUM 30 minutes walk in the heat in June. 家族でディズニーランドに行くため利用しました。 エントランスに入ってすぐアロマの良い香りがして、内装も可愛く、部屋に入る前から「ここにして良かった！」と思えました。 １歳の息子がよく転がり落ちるので、ベッド柵を借りられたのはありがたいです。 朝食ビュッフェも大変美味しく、スタッフさんは子どもにも配慮してくださり、満足です。 舞浜駅までのシャトルバスがあり、大変便利でした。 ディズニーも朝食ビュッフェも楽しみたいなら、ここがコスパ良いです。 また利用したいです。
