ふたりでの部屋のスペースが使いにくい部分がありましたが、交通の便利さや施設の利用はしやすかった。もう少しスタッフに笑顔があっても良かったと思う。対応はとても良かった

駅が近くどこに行くのも便利でした。 部屋の中の湿気が凄かったことと、駅が近い分電車の音がうるさくて安眠は出来なかったです。

Super easy access from Gotanda Station, just across the street. There are many casual Japanese dining places within a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. The only downside is that, although I have stayed here four times, the staff still ask me to write my name in Kanji at check-in, which I do not have.
