If you book here, you need to keep in mind that it is MICRO Hotel. if you want to open your luggage, you are going to have to move something out of the way. There were many people at the front desk begging for a larger room (according to the front desk, they are all the same size.
With that said, I went with my wife, she was in tears about the size of the room, but after a night of restful sleep and getting used to maneuvering around the room, it went very smoothly. Everything in the room worked well and when we left the "this room doesn't need cleaning today" sign up, the housekeepers left a big bag with fresh towels and other supplies by the front door...very nice.
The location was close to a train station and a short walk to the nightlife of Shinjuku which made moving around with luggage easier.
