Haneda excel Tokyo hotel is located right in terminal 2 at Haneda airport. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient. The room was very nice. It was quiet, comfortable and many amenities were provided. I would recommend this hotel for an airport stay.

This was a good airport hotel, but still just an airport hotel. It was adequate for 1 night before departure, but I wouldn't want to stay for an extended period of time. The people were very nice and the amenities were fine - overall it was just okay, as I would expect in an airport.

Convenient and comfortable hotel very well located

This hotel is very clean, comfortable and convenient, well located in HND Terminal 2 - arrivals floor. Staff is very helpful and it is easy to transfer even with large luggage, as you can enter the hotel with the airport luggage carts. Breakfast was beyond expectations.

The hotel was so easy to find as it’s right in the terminal. This made it very convenient for a very early morning check in for another flight. Hotel check in was fast and very efficient with super courteous staff. The hotel is wonderfully clean with great sized rooms and wonderful beds. The breakfast was fantastic, covering many choices from East and West so nobody would go hungry eating here. I would certainly stay here again.

An excellent hotel for its proximity to T2 at Haneda Airport. It was clean and the check in/out procedures were easy to use. We arrived at the airport early and, while we couldn’t check in until 2 pm, we could leave our bags there. Overall a good experience.

Convenient hotel for overnight stay

This hotel was expensive but SO convenient especially for early morning flights. It’s directly connected to the second floor on terminal two, so no long passages or shuttle bus. Restaurant very expensive but some very good options through the doors at the airport
