Perfect for couples

The room was small but just what we needed for just one night. The self-service kiosk is very handy, someone is also there to walk you through it.

There's nothing special about the hotel. No water, coffee or tea but there is electric kettle and microwave you can use. There's also vending machines just right outside the hotel. Location is good, very close to Keikyu Kamata station and about 10 minutes walk to JR Kamata station. There's lots of restaurants nearby and 7-11 is 1 block away.

-Staying at this place for 8 nights. We really loved the location as it is next to the Keikyu-Kamata station. -The room so far is not so big, but, it’s worth for the money that we have paid for. -The window is sound proof. We can take a rest and relax well. -Another good point was the way that the hotel paid attention on what guest requested. We did mention for the high floor requirement, and the hotel arranged the 9th floor for us.

Everything was good until we checked out. So we thought all hotels are the same everywhere in Japan. We thought that we can leave our luggages prior to if we’re early for check in and leave them as well at the lobby after check out for a few hours. We were so stressed out because we had a couple of luggages after check out and the pick up for us was as 1 to 1:30 PM. I understand that they have other customers too but we stayed there for 3 weeks and felt so bad that we even have to leave those luggages just to go grab a bite before our ride for the airport comes in. We are thankful for the ride that accommodated our early pick up. Kudos to the driver! I was holding it back too much that day. I wish they could just make us feel comfortable for the few hours we asked, we left even before 12:20 PM. We were still being polite but the receptionist made us feel uncomfortable and bad about that. She knows who she is. Overall everything was ok except for that attitude. Sorry but probably would choose a different hotel next time. Thank you
