"This was a great property for a family trip. The room was more like a studio apartment. The place was clean and enjoyable. We only stayed for a day. I wish we had the opportunity to stay longer and check out the amenities. Would recommend."

"I’ve been coming here for years. It’s a great hotel in a great location right next to the Promenade shopping and restaurants. The only thing that really annoyed me this visit is if you arrive early they charge you extra to check in. Even if the room is ready you can’t check in unless you pay the extra fees up to $30 if you’re early."

"This is a cute little place. The kayaks were fun to use and the bicycles came in handy! You can pretty much walk to a lot of places (including the beach). The view was beautiful and everything was kept clean."

"Perfect location for a softball district tournament at San Carlos Park. The queen room was perfect for two adults and teen, it was spacious with large windows (with blackout curtains) to the front of the property. The shower/tub combo was appropriate and provided a strong hot shower. The pool was clean and big enough to accommodate several guest; the hot tub was the same. The fitness room is small, but does offer treadmills and ellipticals, along with free weights. The daily breakfast buffet and...

"The staff was so professional and nice. Very helpful. From the moment we went into the hotel everything went great. Room was super clean and new and all taken care of. Didn’t have any complaints. The breakfast was pretty good and even used the gym which had more than enough weights and machines to use. One treadmill was out of order but there were more so it wasn’t a problem. Plenty of parking and all close to beach and anywhere you need to go. Definitely recommend and will be staying here...

"My big thing is cleanliness, and the room appeared to be immaculate. I did not have room service, so i can't rate that, but I had no needs during my stay. Breakfast bar was good and well-stocked. Even the coffee was good. Everyone was genuinely friendly, not just the usual grousing staffer with tattoos, piercings and colored hair. I'd definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Bonita Springs again."
