"The property was lovely, great location if you have transport and don’t want be in the city and also super handy to the airport. Was very disappointed with the service after checking out and we had left an expensive item in the room. Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. My item was not returned so therefore stolen/taken by either housekeeping or the next guests in the room. So disappointing! If actioned...

"There are no staff apart from cleaners. Any requests go via email or phone. The door key pads were really loud and could wake you up if people arrived late, which they did.
