"The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room (no. 10) was clean and the shower was excellent! However, the queen bed was terrible - felt like there were no springs left in it and it felt like you were sleeping on a board. Fortunately we carry our own pillows, so my husband slept in the single bed which was okay, but I put all the pillows under me so it was at least a bit more comfortable! I was glad we were only staying 1 night! The restaurant meals were absolutely fantastic - well presented...

"My husband & I booked a superior king room it was on the ground floor .It was clean & tidy .We arrived about 1.30 am and reception desk were very helpful .quick & easy.It was a late night flight from Sydney . 3nights were great Bathroom was very large .Bathroom amenities were good but there could have been a shower cap .Some hotels do supply one .otherwise everything else was excellent .nice brand .
