"This hotel feels average for the price point. The rooms are small but clean. The bathroom sink only had very hot water, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was not included in my rate; when I chose to try it, the selection was limited and items were not being refilled, and service was quite slow. The staff were friendly, but the team seemed understaffed."

"The location was perfect. The Transit is so close, so it's easier, cheaper, and faster to get around and to get to downtown Toronto. We were close to shopping and restaurants. Very Happy parking was included, I didn't like the walk to the car, I wish it was just a little closer. I will definitely be back"

"My family of 2 adults and 4 children stayed for 7 nights. The breakfast was mediocre, with little options and no fresh fruit options at all - except for bruised apples and bananas. Room service options were literally non-existent. Parking was $5 daily in Richmond Hill/Markham area, while mostly other hotels innthearea including Delta was free parking. Nobody cleans up your room until the 7th day apparently (as we inquired on the 5th day), and we had to keep asking for towels and garbage to be...

"We almost always stay at residence inn at various GTA locations. Always reliably comfortable and clean. Complementary breakfasts are always a hit with the kids! No complaints at all."

"This was a great place to stay. I felt safe, it was quiet, our room was big and very clean. The staff was very friendly and informative. It was by far the best hotel stay we've had in a while. The pool is under construction, so we weren't able to swim, but they did have access to another place to swim very close by. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in that area. "

"Its ok for a day to rest undisturbed for a solo traveller but not advisable for family. Room was infested with big size ants and they ruined my $34 take way and $7 coffee. "

"Property was close to the mall, restaurants and venues. Property needs more waste and recycling bins outside on the property."
