"When we arrived all towels and sheets were with stains like blood I couldn't find one clean to put on the sofabed, I sent the email at the time. After sending an email they were bad and answered laten so that you couldn't cancel because i stayed 2 nights and wanted to cancel the third one since i have a critical immune system. The day i was prepared to leave they answered that they will clean, like if they were mocking me. I have all detailed conversations and photos in case someone wants more...
