"My reservation has been moved to Hampton inn without any notification. The blackout curtain can’t close at Hampton inn. The window AC was very loud. Also we have to wait very long for shuttle buses to Crowne plaza. The shuttles to other hotels such as double tree has much less waiting time."

"The booking, check-in, stay and check-out were all very smooth. Breakfast as very simple but nutritious (eggs, nuts, fruits etc). Members Lakshmi and Angel were super helpful in answering all my in and after stay questions and was very accommodating"
