"Lighting in bathroom was bad for make-up and general grooming, yellow lights, Balcony in need of urgent repair large cracks in floor had to be careful not to trip,plus there should be a safety strip on step indicating that there is a step down to balcony. Breakfast was very disappointing the only good thing was the orange juice, we chose to have in room as we wanted to experience eating on balcony overlooking the rowers on the lake."

"Check in was very quick, and the staff at the front desk was very helpful.
Rooms were very clean and spacious. All the necessary utilities were provided including a kettle for your morning coffee.
The shower had great water pressure and nice and warm. It felt so good to get out of the shower onto a heated floor. What luxury this was.
We went to the restaurant that night, and the selection of food was great. They appeared to specialise in Malaysian food. We tried that, and the spices and flavours...
