"The Naini Retreat was fantastic! The property sits high on the mountain, offering beautiful views. The staff were exceptional: friendly and helpful. "Excellent property with nice scenic views of Ram Ganga ,hills, trails and bridge. Delicious and safe food with comfortable deluxe rooms with gorgeous views of river and mountains. Prompt service and friendly staff. Only issue that has to be tackled is the menace of monkeys who terrified everyone and ruined the pleasure of sitting out in balcony to have tea or snacks. Management has to take some drastic steps to overcome this issue "

The grounds were well kept and the dining restaurant was gorgeous. The tables and the safari mural were beautiful. The food was delicious as well. It was a lovely stay. Would love to come back. "

They organize nature walks for adults and lots of activities for kids and family members to keep them engaged. Rooms are spacious and have that rustic vibe to it. "Really enjoyed staying there. Whole staff was very friendly. Liked the folk music during high tea. Enjoyed playing in the swimming pool with kids and other sports like table tennis, carrom, chess. Cafeteria was also very good. Located on the bank of the river which had less water, so in the evening we could sit on the river stones and wash our feet in flowing water. All in all it was a great experience. "

"Pool timings should be from early 6:30am. I could not enjoy pool as I had to check out at 8:30am. Parking area is less. I liked very much it's calmness. Room was excellent. Meals were nice I enjoyed breakfast very much."

"Fabulous luxury in the jungle! The staff were exceptional and the hotel provided a peaceful refuge from the hustle and bustle of city life. Many beautiful birds come onto the property and can be seen from the pool, at breakfast, or on one of the many walkable paths throughout the property. Highly recommended! "
