"I worked for The Walt Disney Company for 39 years, so I am very familiar with Disneyland and have traveled to Walt Disney World a few times. Your hotel was lovely and we loved the two Parks though we were not able to spend a lot of time at the "Studio" Park. We definitely would like to return to Paris to do so many things we were not able to squeeze into our trip and then come back to Disneyland Paris. Fingers crossed -"

"Not a terrible hotel but after usually staying on Disney property this felt a drastic drop in all areas. Booked a twin room. I liked the design, cleanliness and location of the hotel but found the beds quite uncomfortable (very bouncy mattresses) and there are no kettle facilities in room despite the publicity images suggesting there are. A major room positive is the shower though which has its own door and contains water well - Disney could learn here who still have the archaic shower over a tub vibe. The breakfast is one of the worst I have experienced in Paris and I have stayed at many budget properties in the city itself. Food quality and availability was average at best. The most off putting part was that it was not well managed and a lot of poor hygiene practices were everywhere you looked (notably guests using their hands instead of tongs. I even saw a few people putting their fingers in the shared jam). I would still recommend the hotel for those visiting Disney on a budget but would highly advise not to bother with the breakfast - there are many options in the vicinity which could easily be collected and brought back to the hotel. It’s an easy, very flat and pleasant 25 minute walk to Disney or you can take a bus or metro very easily also. If you walk or take the bus you end up at the entrance where Vapiano/World of Disney is so you bypass a lot of the people traffic that comes from the train station."

"The biggest plus was the free shuttle to Disney multiple times a day. The complimentary breakfast was very good with many choices. The staff was very helpful."

"This place was so lovely. The garden is cute, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is really good. The location is great for metro access and lots of food options nearby."

"Clean room with a great view, but serious safety concerns for families "We had mixed feelings about our stay. On the positive side, the room was impeccably clean, offered a lovely view, and was located in a nice, quiet area. Walking distance from several markets. Having a small kitchen was also a huge plus for our trip. However, we encountered significant comfort and safety issues. The air conditioning was ineffective, forcing us to leave the balcony door open just to cool the room down. More importantly, the bathroom layout is quite hazardous, especially for those with children. The heated towel rack is located directly next to the toilet; it is positioned so close that an adult—or more concerningly, a child—could easily suffer a burn while using the toilet. Additionally, the bathtub is unusually high, making the step out feel dangerous, especially since the floor becomes very slippery. Instead of a sturdy shower curtain or door, there is only a flimsy swinging glass panel that offers no support if you were to slip. It would nice if there was at least a hand rail on the back wall. While the hotel is aesthetically nice and clean, management really needs to address these safety hazards to protect their guests.""
