"The service at the front desk was especially helpful, welcoming and very willing to make our stay comfortable. He went above and beyond. The staff very willing to help especially the person running the continental breakfast (very crowded and he was the only one working it)! The only small issue I need to report is there was a sticky substance on the rug and on one of the nightstands. I cleaned it but thought you should be aware. Also window was missing a screen in room 307. Thank you! "

"My best friend & I went on a girls trip for the weekend here. Hotel was so nice! The staff, room, pool, & bar were great. Its also super family friendly there were a bunch of parents & kids but it wasnt horribly rowdy. Only 2 poor aspects: the fitness room is completely broken, couldnt do anything in there. then pools are said to be open til 10, but around 9 they closed the outdoor pool & we werent sure why (it was a lit area) All on all, I will definitely return!"

"This was more than just another place to stay, it was a great experience. We stayed in the cottage and it was better than described. It was a perfect place to spend time relaxing. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen provided everything we needed. The entire unit was very clean. John and Yvonne were warm and gracious hosts. I just can’t say enough good about it all. "

"Spacious room with a very comfortable king sized bed. Best bed we have had at any of the places we've been. Clean room, we did request a change of towels earlier than they would have provided them. Tiny fridge but we didn't need it for much anyway. Decent Continental breakfast selections. Scrambled or fried eggs, bacon or sausage patties, home fries, waffles, cereals, yogurts, bagels, toast, juices, teas, coffees, etc. Acceptable standard fare. Nice outdoor and indoor pool areas, with a 100°F spa. Pleasant staff, helpful with some suggestions for local eateries and attractions. Quiet location just a short distance from Million Dollar Beach and the heart of Lake George. We were very happy with our stay for the price. "

"My week stay was wondeful.thefree continental breakfast is tops. My granddaughter enjoyed the make it yourself waffles. The indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor pool is clean and the staff is very pleasant. "
