"Beautiful manor with lovely grounds small lake with ducks room clean chairs did have a few stains which need addressing overall wonderful stay and would revisit free parking an added bonus and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice"

"Good stay - if the car park is full, space can be found on nearby side streets. Nice comfortable room and good breakfast served with flexible times. Just be aware they host a lot of live music, and it isn't a big building so expect to head down and join the crowd!"

"Just left the Toothless Mog but left a little bitvof outer hearts behind. Absolutely loved this unique B&B and the superb hosts, Rob and Janet. Every aspect if the full English breakfast was of the highest quality and very well cooked, although it requires a good appetite to finish it. Room was spotless and comfortable and of a quirky style unique to this charming place. Looking forward to an early return. 😀"

"Good location and clean, attractive property with plenty of space - ideal for a family. It was a last minute booking so we were grateful to find it. We were absolutely warned about possible noise from the bar below and that it would go on late (and earplugs were provided) so we can't complain about this because it wasn't a surprise, but I don't think I could stay there again at a weekend."

"The bedding and towels were of good quality and the room was clean however the general state of maintenance was very poor. The ensuite smelled of rot as evidenced in the state of the bath surround. The fan sounded like a jet engine. The window was almost impossible to put up or down but needed to be up to dissipate the smell of the bathroom. The hallways also smelt musty and there are lots of stairs up and down with your luggage. I would not stay here again."
