"Fantastic apartment, we didn’t use them but there were cooking facilities available in the apartment, bottled water supplied each day, croissants delivered warm to the apartment on the first day. Staff assisted with arranging water transport to and from apartment on arrival and departure. Fantastic shower, able to fit an adult on sofa in the lounge room if you have a 3rd guest "

"Personnel courtois. Une erreur dans la description de la chambre indiquait qu'il y avait une cuisinette alors qu'il n'y en avait pas pour une chambre standard. Il aurait fallu payer 50$ de plus mais la réception de l'hôtel a acceptée de nous le faire au même prix"

"Decent property but don’t let the Palazzo designation fool you. The palace is showing its age and the amenities are not necessarily palatial. The AC works well which is a must as Venice can get nasty hot. A very easy walk from the train station. I believe that there are two parts to the property. Apartments and rooms. We had a small apartment for three nights. On the hotel side, breakfast seemed to be provided for its guests. Excellent communication with the owner. "
