"Checked out of another hotel, because of problems in the room, and was able to get a room here. Manager was very nice and professional. Hotel and room very clean. Very appealing. Enjoyed our overnight stay. Will definitely make this a hotel of choice. "

"I received a phone call about an hour before myself and 4 guests arrived from 3 hrs away to tell me my room on first floor wasn't available. I had confirmed it only 2 hrs earlier. So two ppl had to get another hotel and I kept a room with a large bed instead of two. It was not clean. It wasn't cleaned after the first night either. The hotel does not have adequate parking and inside was very noisy and not a place to choose if you want to get any rest. Definitely inconvenienced and will not be back "

"I prepaid a 2-night stay however when I arrived I was informed that the elevator was out of order and I would have to climb the stairs. I explained that my aunt was disabled and could not climb stairs. They told me that there were no rooms on the first floor available and could not help me. They also told me that the elevator had been out of order for a few weeks. I also overheard the staff talking about running out of coffee for breakfast. Needless to say that I will not ever stay here. Hopefully Expedia refunds me because I had To go to the Angler Hotel across the highway (which i highly recommend)"

"The rooms were super clean, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was adequate. The only reason I rated less than EXCELLENT is that I felt the price was a little too high. I’ve stayed in hotels with bars and restaurants that cost less. "

"Overall okay place to stay, was clean and comfortable enough for me and kids to stay in. Probably won’t again though, at least not with my kids. There were some small things I noticed. The back plate on the door was damaged and a couple of the pillowcases had cuts in them. The most concerning was the smoke detector had a bag tied over it which screamed a safety concern. Then, the first night the fire alarm went off briefly (turned out to be a false alarm) and there was no notice if everything was safe to return. I had to call to verify. "

"The hotel was clean. The hot tub has no water in it. The staff is slow and blamed it on their staff being new and then blamed it on their system saying it updates at night and is very slow. Check in took us 45 minutes and we had already fully paid for the room online. Don’t check in here if it’s late at night. We rolled in about 1030pm and it was almost 1130pm by the time we got a key to get into our room. When I put it out there that we had such a long wait, a man approached me the next morning at checkout and I just got excuses — no apology "
