"It's the third time we've stayed, the last was 6 years ago. Not as good as before, feels a bit tired. Booking direct on the website didn't work, and they never responded to email. Ok booking via Expedia, but subsequent contact was clunky, to say the least. It's a shame, should be (and has been) better."

También que entre vuelo y vuelo fuimos a un mercadillo cercano que hay a 4 cuadras y después a un malecón junto al río también a 20 min andando. Lo único malo es que no pudimos conectarnos al wifi aunque teniamos la contraseña"

"Beautiful hotel with very friendly and polite staff. The breakfast is delicious. I spent almost two weeks and I absolutely adored this place. The pool area is wonderful. I enjoyed the gym and the hydro massage area (jacuzzis). This is included with your room reservation, you just need to make a reservation ahead of time. I noticed that they cleaned and sanitized each one after it was used. Overall it’s an amazing and very clean place to stay."
