"Didn’t even stay. Inspect the room and found bed bugs. And decided it was unsanitary. The manager Drew was completely not helpful and hateful yelling at me because I refused to stay in a dirty room with bed bugs. We took pictures of the bed bugs and he refused to give a refund. This man was a joke ..."
