"Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...

"Room and bathroom were spacious. I liked the water dispenser in the room which also provided instant hot water. Pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves one afternoon. There is a spa in the hotel, recommend the foot and Balinese massage. Staff were very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby."

"Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. The tiles at the pool require cleaning Aircon is not cold"

"Quiet and set in an oasis of flora and fauna. Nice pool and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Easy walk to shops and restaurants but far enough off Main Street to not hear traffic. Only complaint is that ground floor rooms can be loud from upstairs neighbors as there is no carpet or rugs to soften sound."

Eenmaal voorbij de werkzaamheden kom je in een oase van rust. Onze villa heeft een schitterende tuin en een heerlijk zwembad. "The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size. "
