The place is kinda hard to find as there is not enough signs, and you can't see the hotel from the street (had to go thru a narrow st leading up to the hotel). Staffs are all very nice and attentive. "The location is literally only a short stroll from several of Baguio's major attractions. Nearby are several excellent restaurants, a grocery store, a spa, and a salon. I've also seen a pharmacy for last-minute needs. You can practically take a taxi from the hotel's front area to the destination of your choice, making transportation there quite simple. "No hot water in the unit"

"Overall the house is clean and comfy but the road to this place is terrible, bumpy, uneven, rocky and very narrow. Itherwise, it's a nicebaccomodation especially for a lrge number of people. Caloy is very helpful!"

"Scam. There were no room booked. We went to Baguio last Friday with my family to celebrate my son's birthday. And surprise! walang room na nabooked. The guards at the reception area told us na marami na na scam dito sa Hotel.com. We tried to contact the number provided and customer service # na non existent. Kahit email wala sumasagot. "

"Upon arriving at the place the guard refused to let me in stating that I didnt have reservation. He contacted the manager and when she arrived she informed me that expedia cancelled my reservation. I drove 5 hours to get to the place. I contacted hotels.com and after the manager spoke with the operator she took us to the building. I had my elderly mother with me and there was no elevator in the building. She recommended we transfer to the sister building with elevator and better accommodations....

"Staff did not inform us what we needed to know, especially when we asked for the laundry service. At first, we are advise that we have to do it on our own but din not inform us that's we should buy the detergent soap "

"When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped).
