Our family planned this trip 1 month ago, it was really inconvenient that that pool was closed 4th of July weekend for “maintenance” I paid half to reserve and was too late to cancel but hotel should be more mindful when doing “maintenance” on a busy weekend or at least give some options for the inconvenience"

"The inside of the rooms were a little bit dated, but very, very clean. The outside of the property is gorgeous and updated. This would be a good property to have a family at. Very nice, but pretty relaxed. Did not try the dining options, but there were many. A couple things – there wasn’t an ice machine to use, but the front desk did give me a small bag of ice. There also wasn’t a microwave available anywhere – I did ask a little bit later in the evening, so maybe there’s one available during...

"All staff were friendly and greeted us and offered assistance and information to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food service was excellent, and the quality of the food was also to the high standards you would expect at such a resort. Our room was clean and comfortable but may need some updating in the next year or two. Well worth what we paid for our Independence Day staycation."
