The best part of our Lapland trip was staying at this house. It truly had everything we could have wished for — a sauna, beautiful snowy surroundings, peaceful forest views, fully equipped kitchen, and even drying machines, which were extremely useful. Genuine, everything worked and great value for the price. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return. The host answered my messages swiftly when I had an issue with the fireplace and explained what I needed to do - knowing I had someone to contact that easily was reassuring.

Ideal place to stay in if visiting North! Clean, professional staff, amazing views, delicious food and accessible to check in anytime. We loved it and will go back when up there again. Thank you for being awesome!!!

Excellent hotel, although it doesn't make clear that you will need to pay 9euros per person a day to access the hotel via the gondala on top of your stay, but the hotel was lovely had everything you need and beautifully located. Food is super expensive in the restaurant though.

Great location close to everything. My youngest loved the play room. Hopefully we’ll be back for a longer stay next time.

We stayed in the penthouse apartment which was massively spacious and was fully equipped with everything you could ever need including a clothes drying cupboard, sauna, washing machine and 2 balconies. It was super clean, very warm and even had a fire place! We didn’t have a car and relied on the ski buses (3 Euro for the day if added on to the ski pass or 4 Euro without) which were every half an hour until 7pm. We got an Uber back from Zero Point in Levi a couple of times and it was around...

Lovely hotel, room was a little small for a family I felt. Lovely breakfast. Helpful staff.

Buffet breakfast and dinner were both excellent. Staff were very helpful. Things to improve : - make spa pool water few degrees warmer - better pillows please and less polyester/more natural fibers for bed linen would be great

The Good: The accommodation is amazing. As per pics. The bad: No reception on site, you have to go to town to another hotel to check in and pick up keys. We locked ourselves out and were able to get a spare key from the hotel next door (200 meters). Why not check in here as well? The Terrible: The roads within the property are not marked and couldnt tell walkway from road in snow. My car got stuck in the walkway section and had absolutely 0 help from property. Nice staff and nice room. Bathroom needs updating - loo seat broken and shower head wouldn't stay hanging on the wall plus shower drain blocked so water flooded the bathroom
