Staff seemed stern at first but once we started chatting she was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, great omlettes and a variety of guyanese foods. The room was in good condition and the staff were very good and friendly. Rommel was very helpful and we enjoyed his service on the drives that we had with him. Brian too was also helpful. We enjoyed our stay
