"Stayed here briefly on a trip to Asheville area. As a solo male traveler, it worked out fine, and the price was right. I'd be less likely recommend it for a solo female or for families. The room was clean enough at first glance, no funky smells or obvious biohazards. I did look around with my blacklight, and I would encourage other travelers to not do that if you plan to stay here.
