Recepción mal servicio y muy lento, el botones mal, el control de la tv. Con baterías bajas no las cambiaron dieron como 3 vueltas para cambiar el control. En general muy mal servicio.

Good for a weekend but not for a week.

This hotel is just ok nothing great nothing really bad, service was good the staff was very attentive and kind no complaints in that regard they actually let me do my check-in way earlier which was greatly appreciate it, in the other side the cleanliness was not a 100% there they could do a better job specially in the washroom, breakfast was terrible same think every single day ! Just chilaquiles eggs and beans EVERY DAY!! I guess is ok if you stay one or two days but for seven days straight is not good, also they didn’t even offer a piece of toast or bread only regional bread but with a charge of 50 pesos,I was told that this was supposed to be buffet but there was not such thing pre wrapped plates with only four or five little pieces of fruit like papaya or watermelon I am a bit disappointed regarding the food variety i personally won’t recommend this hotel for a long term stay.
