"Room was excellent and staff. Unfortunately massive queues to use the lift which is a massive annoying design flaw. Had to wait 45 mins on a couple of occasions to get to my room. Stairs not allowed to be used. Extremely annoying feature, the lifts were not quick either and temperamental."
