"I had booked a 2 queen room and when I got my room it was a 1 king room. I called the staff and she said they gave away the room and there were no other rooms available. No one notified me that they had changed my room stay and that this is what happens when you book through a third party. I called up Expedia and they did not offer any resolutions except a $25 credit to Expedia which I did not think was acceptable for what happened."

"We stayed in the North Tower and were given a recently renovated room. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep all night due to a loud banging noise occurring every few minutes. We later realized it seemed to be coming from the air conditioning compressor or related system, which made a very loud banging sound each time before the fan shut off."

"The location is on a busy corner. The room was tiny, renovated but still old feeling, and had a terrible, sweet smell of disinfectant. The windows are stationary, except for the bathroom window, which screen needed cleaning. The complimentary breakfast is a plus, but the breakfast room is quite small, not adequate to the crowd on a Sunday. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fine."

"Our room was never serviced even when we didn’t have our do not disturb sign. Upon leaving we were unsure how to check out because no one was at the desk. The rooms are out dated. Have patched up holes. No bugs which is a positive. Continental breakfast was poor. Cereal, pastries, banana n juice, coffee. Upon check In the lady was very nice and professional she was the best part of the stay. Will never book again."
