Great location

Had a pleasant 4 nights stay at komaneka Bisma. Good location and great service. The SPA treatment was excellent on the backdrop of a flowing river. We booked the family suite which was spacious.

We stayed one night here and the hotel was amazing. We were upgraded to a balcony view room and would definitely stay here again. The walk to the tourist area took us about 10-20 minutes. Fabulous staff and breakfast

The staff is incredible. They make you feel like family. The location is breathtaking. You are immersed in the jungle even though the craziness of Ubud traffic and shopping are only a 10 minute walk away.

We booked a 2 bedroom private villa with swimming pool and when we arrived we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa located in a very quiet part of the propert. The villa looks out to the jungle and a wonderful sound of the fast flowing river below. Highly recommend this resort.

Really great service, staff were professional and friendly. Beautiful compound and rooms, most of it has been well-maintained. Recommend the spa here. Food served at breakfast and tea comes in light portions. We intend on returning.

Loved the room - large, super comfortable, awesome toilet, very value for money. Also in a good location easily accessible to food and massage services. The staff were excellent in their service; special mention to May who was super friendly and attentive to our needs, and who went out of her way to arrange for something we left behind to be sent to our hotel in Seminyak. Thanks also to Kadek who made the drive to bring the item to us. Highly recommended hotel!

Fabulous stay

Our stay at Komaneka was brilliant. The suite was very comfortable and the service was top quality - all staff were so friendly and helpful with big smiles and attention to detail. Every time we returned to the hotel, we were greeted with 'welcome home!' which really summed up how we felt. I will definitely come back again. The spa treatments were exceptional - the room overlooking the water was magical and the massage was the best I have had. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Thyank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent!

I had a beautiful stay at Komaneka at Bisma. The place was beautiful and most comfortable. The service was also excellent. Special mention to Kadek, who was very welcoming and attentive. The staff was always checking in on our needs and wants. It was also a very nice gesture to offer complimentary tea break to guests. My only suggestion is to expand the breakfast menu a little, or offer a change in menu every few days. The food is delicious, but guests who stay longer may like to try different stuff. Thank you for making my stay a beautiful and memorable one!

The room is so dirty and full of mold in the bathroom!!! Change the room three times and still dirty. The hotel also dirty! The bedsheets full of spots and dirty spots everywhere in the room you can tell they never clean the room! I don’t understand why the hotel open for business!!! The stuff try to explain it’s because of covid! But we’ve been stay in Ubud in another hotel and they can managed to keep the hotel clean! We booked the suite room! I don’t recommend this hotel at all!

Words cannot describe my experience here. I have been lucky enough to travel the globe and stay in some of the finest hotels out there, however my breath was taken away here - by far the best experience of my life. The hotel is gorgeous, only a 10 min walk from the main Ubud strip, but is set on a hillside into rice fields and a jungle. The pools are fantastic, especially the infinity - looking at it from the restaurant or the lobby area it looks like the pool is going into the jungle like a bridge from civilization into nature. The breakfast and food / drinks in general were outstanding, even having a comprehensive set menu for breakfast with guests able to choose out of the great choices. The room was out of this World, a large 88m2 space with a huge bed, sofa, Apple TV, a large independent bath tub, a huge Italian rain shower, a walk in wardrobe. The attention to detail here was incredible; delicious cookies to devour in the room (refillable), anti-mosquito spray (made from natural ingredients), hand sanitizer, rose petals on the bed, a personalized hand written welcome card, a organic locally ingredient-sourced lotion, amongst many others. The grounds of the hotel are a treat, with lots of see and walk, beautiful vegetation with an embrace of nature. Last and the most important for me, the staff - I have had the best customer experience of my life. Everybody were so friendly, welcoming me 'home' after my daily walks, so attentive and kind (special thanks to Ade).

The staff were so polite and helpful wanting your stay to be the best. The hotel is set back from the busy-ness of Ubud but close enough to still get around. Only challenge is the traffic but think that’ll apply to any hotel in Ubud. There are lots of nice restaurants right near the hotel also. Luxurious hotel, beautiful scenery. Lots of veggie options, lovely daily yoga.

Best Hotel in Bali

This resort is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the included breakfast with tons of options. The views of the jungle and rice terraces were stunning! There is a free shuttle to take guests to Ubud sites. Also, the staff is wonderful and room service is quick. Every staff member knows your name and are beyond helpful. We booked an 8 hour excursion through the hotel and our driver was an English speaker and shared everything about the area, local living and traditions. In addition, the pool is gorgeous and inner tubes are provided. This is our favorite hotel in Bali!

When I checked in I was carsick. The hotel people greeted me with a warm ginger tea and being super considerate. The hotel environment is nice and it is convenient to access centre Ubud. Highly recommended for people who wants to stay in Ubud!
