"This apartment style hotel was perfect for me and my two teenage daughters. Plenty of space to open 3 large suitcases. The balcony offered a nice place to relax (although it was very hot outside during our stay). Hotel is located close to trains and food and shopping. Located in a quiet safw neighborhood. We fekt comfortable outaide at all times of the day and night. Staff was extrwmely helpful and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again in our next visit to Tokyo"

"Lovely apartment. Stayed with family of 4 in the apartment with 2 bedrooms. Quiet area but very good location close to transport, and convenience stores. No onsite staff but clear directions, and helpful and responsive owner. Would thoroughly recommend. "

"I felt really safe in this neighborhood. The hotel is well maintained but the smallest room is really small, if there are two adults in the same room it can feel crowded because the sink is in the room and the toilet is next to the bed . We had to upgrade our room and it was much better, the toilet was separated from the shower and separated from the bed area. "This hotel fits our needs exactly, having the mini kitchen and laundry in room was so convenient while traveling with my son. the staff here was so helpful and friendly. our japanese language skills are limited. one morning my phone wasn’t working and one of the staff called me a taxi and walked outside to speak to the driver for us to ensure we were dropped off at the right spot at the train station. thank you!"
