"The resort is wonderfully located. Overall our stay was ok. The staff was not attentive to the small things. Large wait times for service at meals. The whole property could use some upgrades. We usually stay at the Sarova Whitesands. I think we will be headed back there next year. "

"This hotel is beautiful. I cannot express how lovely our time was here. The room was a great size with plenty of space a storage, and we had a balcony from which we could watch monkeys play in the trees. The aircon was a godsend! The hotel is set up as about 10-15 villas rather than as one large complex. This creates a much more boutique and homey feeling. There are many areas to enjoy in the hotel, including the gorgeous private beach. The food was exceptional, and despite being all inclusive, managed to stay away from the trap of being samey by day 3. The staff (from cleaners to chefs, waiters and bartenders) were all delightful and made us feel extremely welcome. We each enjoyed a spa treatment which worked wonders following a week of bumpy safari roads. All in all, I can only say please book this place if you’re considering it! "

"The room was a suite, beautiful once. But withno maintenance it had deteriorated to an absurd amount, bathhroom cabinet doors almost falling off in your hands, dirty paint, tv has 4 channels 3 are football, hdmi ports removed, even the room number had missing numbers The pool is the best feature if you ignore the many missing tiles. Ordering food is easy mostly, thecwaut is ridiculous but when it comes it is delicious and fresh. Breakfast is just ok. Staff are friendly enough. But everything is worn. The bed was great comfortable. Had to plead to get a second swipe to keep the ac running when i went out ofvtge room. Cleaners turned up when they want. Even wake you to clean the room in the morning. It is way overpriced. Stay once only, not again"

"When we checked in at night, No toiletries in the bathroom, we had to wait for the next day to get them. The toilet seat was not flashing down anything at all, the balcony doors were not closing shut and needed to be fixed as well. Early in the morning while jet legged, workers were fixing the roofs which was so loud it woke me up. Purchase your own water to drink people, because if you ask for any water. They will say the house keeper gave you water. Even when the house keeper forgets to give you water. I had to check out 2 days early from the hotel and no refund for 3 days. "

"Staff are 5 star having Jennifer at front desk. Hotel is a 2 star....construction loud noise each day at 8am-5pm on my 8 days vacation. Misleading information advertising breakfast but never get no breakfast. This is a beach front hotel. No music,no activity. The 2 pools are not functional. Broken tiles everywhere.. "
