We loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly, checking you in and showing you to your room. It has a semi-ryokan style. The rooms are stylish and contemporary and each one has it's own genuine onsen bath (just like the pictures). There are many facilities to explore (including a great indoor and outdoor public onsen) and the atmosphere is beautiful. My regret is I had not given us enough time to enjoy this spot as it is not a hotel to just check into and leave, it is one to spend time in,...

A basic, no frills hotel but surprisingly good. Modern and clean, had everything we needed. Polite and friendly staff. Room had a bunk bed over the double bed, my two small children shared the top bunk and were very happy with that. Was quite a way from the train station but we had very friendly taxi drivers each way. There is a restaurant out the front but we went to an izakaya about 200 meters away which was amazing.

Nice little reststop with all the amenities you might need either in the hotel or close by. Nice direction of vending machines in the lobby. Beds were comfy and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

This was the main hotel option for the area without breaking the bank - my expectations weren't that high but definitely surpassed. The staff were friendly enough although only really met them at checkin and out.
Access was a bit ambiguous on arrival - I left my luggage in the carpark while I climbed the steep stairs to see where the reception was. There wasn't a step-free access to the rooms but there was a slightly better route for me to take to minimise the climb with bags. The walk up the...
