Achei excelente o hotel e comodidades. A praia não estava tão boa, pois o mar estava bravo (não sei se é sempre assim), sendo bem difícil entrar no mar. Mas a praia é extremamente limpa, com boas instalações e apoio. E a oferta de piscinas em todo o hotel é bastante destacada.

A ilha é muito bonita, a comida é muito saborosa e os drinks são bons. É um bom lugar para descansar. No entanto, há alguns pontos de melhorias. Desde o momento em que fiz o check in, vi que uma grande parte do led que iluminava o quarto estava queimada. Comuniquei a 3 funcionários e, a única medida tomada foi que, um dos funcionários tirou foto e falou que o led precisava ser trocado. Fiquei durante toda a estadia em um quarto com pouca iluminação(estava com meus pais idosos). Outro ponto é que a piscina central do hotel estava fechada, em manutenção. Entendo que a manutenção preventiva é necessária mas, por se tratar da piscina principal do resort e por influenciar de forma direta a experiência dos hóspedes, acredito que o ideal seria informar no momento da reserva(inclusive com redução no valor da diária).

Viajamos em família e tivemos uma experiência sensacional! Os funcionários atendem todas as nossas solicitações até as mais improváveis . A gastronomia supera as expectativas! O resort é incrível! A comida é maravilhosa! Super recomendo! Só achei que poderia ter uma piscina de água aquecida. Seria interessante principalmente pra épocas mais frias do ano. Mas isso é apenas um pequeno detalhe. O mar tem a água mais turva por conta do rio e mangues da região. Mas foi uma viagem inesquecível! Amei❤️
