"Receptionist was appalling blase, interested only in getting payment before even greeting me. The place needs a lot of work, separate toilet, separate shower room with blockout curtain as shower curtain. Slippery tiled floor. Nowhere to hang clothes in room. Sheets were short sheeted due to either poor detail or lack of sheets. The train line is about 30m from the building, so multiple train horn blasts during the evening/morning. (No warning) In my opinion ONLY, just give it a big miss."

"Stupid idea having to go away from motel to book and then back to motel for the room,westlands does it better but we didn’t know until it was too late,but we certainly do now,Tried to get cooked breakfast but the best offer was toast,really?once again westlands let us in to have breakfast at there hotel,winner!"
