"The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. We attended the beer school on offer in the bar and also had the shower beers. There were freebies in the room and everything else was priced so you could decide. There was free pic and mix on each level also. "Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. "The actual duplex was amazing. We had a lovely stay and really appreciated the facilities in the room. Just a few niggles! The lift was broken which I understand is unprecedented, and Kieran was lovely at offering us complimentary late check out.
