"O quarto superior que fica no ultimo andar tem uma vista incrivel da cidade historica e é muito amplo. Para quem busca uma ótima localização ele é ideal pois esta muito perto da plaza de armas. Tivemos alguns problemas que foram prontamente resolvidos pela senhora Francisca que nos atendeu muito bem e foi muito atenciosa."

"Staff was helpful and very accommodating. I had a room facing the plaza—it was a tad loud celebrating a feast day, but also a joy to be around. I knew it would be loud in the plaza (from reading previous reviews) and didn’t mind. Walls were a tad thin though, I had a room right under the stairs, so I could hear everyone coming up and down. My bathroom window also oddly opened up just under the stairs as well. But my room had 2 beds, a desk, a chair, and an area to put my belongings. It was nice...

"The manager, Alex, was amazing! Hot breakfast brought to our room. Alex helped us get laundry service and cab. Also helped with luggage. He was very welcoming. The location is excellent. "

"Owners are lovely, they took great care of us. Room was a little cold and they brought us a heater plus more comfortable blankets (not the very heavy ones they'll give in some hostels). They brought us some tea as well. Very lovely couple ~"
