"Enjoyed our time spent and the lodging. The location was perfect as a base for our itinerary in the region. Good dinner recommendations that worked out well and we loved the hike that starts right from the hotel. Would stay here again if we make it back to the area (which we certainly hope to do)."

"Emplacement et vue idéaux , place de parking incluse dans le prix de la chambre . L’ équipement de la cuisine est minimaliste ( 1 poêle, 1 casserole ), salle de bain : il manque la porte de douche , de l’ eau répandue sur tout le sol. Concernant la taille de la chambre pour 4 : 1 m de distance entre les lits superposés et le lit double collé au mur . Pour 1 nuit c’ est bien , manque de confort pour 1 séjour plus long"

"This hotel in Ure was the absolute perfect stop during my road trip through the Lofoten Islands. It felt like a true hidden gem tucked away from the busier spots, offering total peace and incredible surroundings.
Everything about the property feels modern, sleek, and high-quality. The common areas were a huge plus—having access to full kitchen facilities allowed me to cook a cozy meal, and having laundry facilities available mid-trip was a lifesaver.
The highlight had to be the morning host response: they brought a thoughtful, cute basket of breakfast right to my room, which was such a personal and welcoming touch. My only regret is that I didn't book more nights here. Highly recommend to anyone traveling through Lofoten!"
"We loved staying at Lofoten Basecamp! We flew into Leknes and rented a car, so it was an easy drive to LB. It was located right before the Napp Tunnel, which is currently undergoing renovations so please make sure you research the traffic closures if you plan on using that tunnel. We had a Superior Double room cabin which was clean, spacious, lots of windows, had a nice patio area and really nice views. The bathroom had plenty of counter space, radiant heated floors and a spacious shower. We stayed at the end of the summer season at the beginning of September so it wasn’t crowded and we had no issues parking. The staff was great and gave up very useful information. We reserved the sauna on our last day and it was spacious, worked well and had great light and views. All in all, we would stay again and definitely in one of the Superior rooms."
"Staying here is more an experience than a straight hotel stay. You are in an amazingly beautiful part of the world.
4 night stay for us and the cabins are very cozy, yet simply furnished.
Breakfast was good, great selection, only feedback to management would the hot food selection needs to be hotter, not lukewarm.
Staff were really good across the resort.
Sauna is very rustic and perfect at the end of the day, another note to management is to put a step within the 2 hot tubs as i witnessed guests struggling to get in/out of tub due to the size of the step from decking to tub seating.
On site food options are limited after 6.00pm to either fine dining or pizza."
"Lofoten Cottages in Nusfjord was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to the Lofoten. The elevated cottages are beautifully designed, spotless, and situated right on the water, offering breathtaking views of the fjord. Waking up to the peaceful scenery in the morning felt almost unreal.
The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was an exceptional experience in itself. The carefully curated selection of fresh, high-quality food was far beyond anything we expected. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making breakfast feel like a luxury dining experience rather than a standard hotel breakfast.
The location in the historic village of Nusfjord makes the experience even more special. The village is charming and picturesque, with beautiful traditional fishing cabins, stunning scenery, and a wonderful bakery. This property is truly special and offers the perfect blend of comfort, authenticity, and luxury. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Lofoten.
The restaurant is also a must-visit. Be sure to make a dinner reservation in advance. The combination of cozy surroundings, stunning fjord views, impeccable service, and exceptional cuisine creates a truly elevated dining experience. If you're looking for a memorable and unique place to stay in Lofoten, this is it. We cannot recommend it highly enough.
One question for the team: What brand are the pillows? They were incredibly comfortable and provided some of the best sleep we've had while traveling!"
