Great location, super helpful and friendly staff. We arrived at 2 am our first night, and someone was there to greet us and help us with all our questions!
Overall great hotel for a budget option in Vail. The staff was excellent and the shuttle service with all the drivers was incredible. They were exceptional. That alone makes such a huge difference in your experience. Will definitely stay again when in Vail.
Our stay here, with our dog, was wonderful! We had everything we needed and the staff was super helpful and pleasant! It’s a great location. It is close to Stephen’s Park, an amazing dog park, and they have a free shuttle to and from town….which is close.
Great location - it’s just a couple of miles from Lionshead Village parking lot. Also, there are two restaurants right next to this hotel. Beautiful mountain view from the lobby and very helpful staff. We will definitely stay there again next time when we visit Vail/Aspen.
much smaller and older than i thought. the lobby was redone very nice but the actual room, even thogh it was upgraded it still had old walla and was tiny. it was clean and nothing wrong but just know the room was extremely small
The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was very clean, housekeeping was efficient and thorough. The property is beautiful and has everything you need!
Hotel is dated, stained and not super clean. Expected a bit better for pricing. Staff though was amazing, every person who helped us went above and beyond.

Has a peloton bike but it’s pretty beat up. Free self parking, rare in Vail. Room needed a facelift. Spa in the hotel was nice.
I stayed only one night, but the lady at the front desk was very accommodating when I asked to switch my room. Very well located ti the Vail Valley. I’m traveling back to vail in a few months and hope they have availability.
We were only here for one night while we were driving to California, but I wish we could have stayed here for a week. A terrific room in a very hospitable hotel with a great restaurant and lots of nice amenities—and a gorgeous view from our room. If you're lucky enough to go to Vail, this is an excellent choice for a place to stay.
