"We stayed at this hotel for one night after our Bernina Express ride from Tirano. The hotel is located in a town just outside of St. Moritz so we had to hire a taxi to drive us, the ride was about 15 minutes. The manager and associate who checked us in were friendly and helped us with our luggage to our room. We were in time for an afternoon cake and coffee service the hotel offers and our children really loved the cake that was offered. We enjoyed our tea and cake on a patio behind the hotel...

"Beautiful stay in a very special location. One thing they don't make clear (or else I missed it!) is that your funicular ticket to get to and from the hotel is included, so you need to tell them at the ticket window at the bottom of the slope that you are staying in the hotel. My only criticisms are the uncomfortable blocky foam sofa in the room and lack of tea/coffee making in room. Had to go to the lounge at the end of the corridor and it was messy and unstocked from the day before. However,...

Personnel à l’écoute et parking non couvert disponible via une réservation vivement conseillée. Même conseil pour le spa qui n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre (malheureusement c’était complet à notre arrivée). L’hôtel mérite une bien meilleure notation et les photos ne reflètent pas la beauté de la bâtisse. Vivement conseillé. "

"Located just outside St Moritz in a nice town. We had dinner just down the street, a fabulous breakfast in the hotel and left for the Bernina train back to Italy. Would love to explore Switzerland more in the future. The hotel is classy and elegant with great views and just a quick bus to downtown St Moritz"
