"Exceptional!! It's a challenge to express how wonderful this property is. Tucked away in a small street behind closed gates, we were told to 'press the buzzer and we will come an let you in'. As the gates opened we were welcomes by vast formal gardens and stunning architecture. It didn't stop there - our room was fabulous with it's own small terrace, huge bathroom with double sink and walk in shower. The bedroom was vast, comfortable and quiet (Exclusive Double Room, 1 King Bed). All the staff...

"Lovely apartment in a quiet and convenient location. It was about a 15 minute walk from the Duomo and Uffizi, less to the Galleria dell Academia. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Parking garage was just a couple of blocks from the building. All in all, we had a lovely time and Moraq was lovely to deal with. Heads up—if you’re staying in the queen apartment, it’s on the top floor and there is no elevator."

"We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site. The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day. The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral. We will definitely stay here again."
