Nice Hotel

For us, the location was good for exploring the sights and sounds of Valencia. In between the old town and the beach area. We covered a lot of miles in the three days spent in Valencia

Hotel rooms were clean and well equipped. The buffet breakfast was great quality with a large range of options. The pool was very large, there were quiet but also busy times. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel - it is roughly a 10 minute cab to the beach and also the old town/city.

Decent stay for a last minute trip. The hotel is fine, but not in an interesting area. It's about a 10 minute walk to the City of Arts & Sciences and more to the lively neighborhoods. However, the buffet breakfast is a plus and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great city, lots to do and 12 deg warmer than UK

Not in the smartest part of town but the hotel; was clean and comfortable with a few decent restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Just 5 minutes from the Turia Garden, a 10k long park which is the best way or getting from one end of Valencia to the other by foot or bike.

We really enjoyed staying here. It is a short walk to the Oceangraphic and related venues and the old town is a pleasant walk through the Jardin del Turia. Our single complaint was that the pool was not accessible to guests until 11am, possibly because local school children use it before then, but on the other hand it is good to see businesses engage with their community so we werenā€™t really too upset.

More 3 star than 4!

I was a little disappointed with this hotel as I do not think the photos are a fair representation. Whilst it was clean, the rooms were dull and were without basics such as an iron. The area wasnā€™t great although there was a supermarket that is close by which came in handy during our stay. The bus stop was also very close which meant we were in the centre within 25 minutes by bus. I would say this hotel was more a 3 star hotel rather than 4.

While driving to the hotel we could not easily recognize the entrance to hotel parking. We drove around the hotel 3 times. When I stepped into the hotel to ask the front desk where the entrance was i got a condescending response multiple times that itā€™s right here pointing towards the front door. The staff person finally came out of the hotel and showed me where the entrance was which is in front of another building. First impression was not good from my initial interaction but in general our hotel stay was fine.
