Giovanni was most attentive in the restaurant, but Paola was unbelievable. We watched his attentiveness with great admiration. Really made the restaurant feel special which in turn translated to the patrons. "

"The hotel & staff exceeded our expectations at Sui Generis! We absolutely loved that it was boutique and intimate yet with a luxury feel. The breakfast every morning was amazing and the room was very spacious! The two cleanings a day was such a treat. The hotel will also provide you pool & beach towels to use which was very nice. It is also just a 5-6 minute walk to the lively city centre. I would highly recommend them for any visit to Tropea, we would definitely stay here again :)"

"We were happy with the beautiful location, helpful staff, good breakfast options, clean rooms and great shuttle service. The rooms were fairly basic and our shower didn’t drain very well so the tray filled with water while using it but we had no major issues. "

"Pros: perfect for couples. Parking available. Amazing view. Private and quiet. Attentive staff. Cons: the building and the common areas need maintenance and some love. The AC in our room did not work properly. They only give you one keycard, so the AC turns on when you come in to the room. Not ideal after spending the day at the beach or in town."
