"We had trouble checking in, and the apartment is in bad condition (mold smell, etc). The area around is safe and there is nearby shopping. The highlight is the terrace of the building, with a great view of Viña and Valparaiso."

Danilo the owner didn't say a word (not a reachable phone as well) till 4pm on the day of the check-in. Make sure to have cash for the chip (THEY ONLY GIVE YOU ONE) to get in and out of the building.
