The room was clean and beautifuly designed, breakfast was good but not great, staff very helpful and very good location near everything. Happy to stay again.

Cool

Very clean and comfortable Spa is excellent The staff were very attentive However reception staff were not very knowledgeable about the local area The staff at the breakfast were very attentive. Some lacked knowledge about the local food The variety and amount of food were very good However the bread was not the best quality

Great

Excellent central location near some very good shops and restaurants. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful in organising taxis and trips. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice

Our first time in Van was made amazing by our stay at Roccia Downtown Hotel! Booked it and didn't regret it for a second. The location was perfect - on a side road of one of the main streets, so easy to get to restaurants and shops. Our room was super clean and well-kept, and the amenities were top-notch. Loved that we got 2 bottles of water and tea/coffee replenished daily. Breakfast was absolutely delicious - so much variety! The staff were super helpful, and special shoutout to Nurullah at...

The staff were amazing! The two guys (so sorry, I've forgotten your names already :/ ) were great. They speak fantastic English and were so welcoming. They told me which buses to take, recommended where to eat, and gave me tea on my arrival and departure. My room was so toasty and warm which is exactly what I needed when it was minus something degrees outside.

The place is quite ok to stay with your family. The staff are very much helpful and kind. The place is located in the middle of the city. Just a couple of walking steps and you are there in the middle of the city where you do have all the various markets and the shopping center within your hand reach.

Very good

Thanks

I was in 5* hotel Conforium but broke up with my gf & thus booked here while she stayed In the other hotel. Tbh value for money is way better in comparison here. yes Rooms are smaller, but good enough in size and newly decorated, it has a fridge too which we didn't at 5* hotel. It was clean. The Owner & staff r so friendly , I will even give them 100 out of 10. Breakfast was good for price. Boy in service was amazing and greeting us always in a smile and helpful. This hotel exceeded my...

Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Well run, decent breakfast, spotless rooms - and a terrace with great views across to Mt Ararat.

They are very friendly and nice people
