"Not clean and very shabby need a walk in shower and it was dirty and couldn’t reach the shower wand water went everywhere not a well maintained facility"

"We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given...

"Do not stay here especially if you are a solo female traveler! The housekeeping man walked into my room in the morning at 9 am no knocking or any notification or identifying who he was the staff did not seem surprised by the incident either. The rooms are redone but there were crumbs in one of the beds and several cockroaches. Just don’t stay here."

"Made a reservation by Expedia. When I arrived I asked for a first floor room because I handicapped and have trouble with stairs. The clerk said everyone wants first floor. You have a cheap rate from your reservation so it will be ten dollars extra CASH for first floor. This seems inappropriate to me to charge extra for people who cannot handle stairs. At least if there is a fee for being handicapped, it should be disclosed in the listing on Expedia"

"The air conditioner was terrible, we ended up having to buy our own fan. It was dirty, air conditioning units piled up outside our room. Very muggy inside the building."

"Mariah was very nice however the pool was closed “because it rained earlier today” which seemed like a silly reason, so the kids weren’t able to swim after riding in the car which was the plan. The room key stopped working and had to be replaced after we had to go back to the front desk several times. The room was fine, the carpet needs to be replaced. FYI the Cracker Barrel next door was absolutely horrific but it was literally the only dining option in the area."

"We have stayed here many times in the past five years and this time was not as nice a stay. Our room smelled like someone cooked in it. The beds were bowing to the outside edges, very uncomfortable. The microwave was missing a front leg and rattled. The shower is worn looking. We stayed here in Feb 2025 and everything was so much better along with multiple times prior to then."

"The spread head stains are on it. The tub was nasty. The TV didn’t work. The refrigerator was nasty. The sheets were dirty. The room was stink. It seems to be more like a place for drug addicts to stay."
