"A cozy hotel (closer to a B&B) in the Areni village of Vayots Dzor. We stayed in the off season and were, consequently, the only two guests on that day. In addition to managing the hotel, the owner, Eric, has a small-production winery with some very decent vintages. We were offered a tour of the winery (located in the basement of the hotel) and a tasting of his wines.
